Its strange, but even on my very early board from C-Ltd (in a Cardci box) I never had to cut any jumpers to make it work. I could if I wanted, or I could send it to him, but I've never felt the need. And when I was feeling very frustrated about not being able to use transformer with the board in place, I called Bill Teal and Ed and talked to them and a few days later Ed sent a board to Bill so he could update transformer (that update eventually included Amiga Dos 1.2, though CBM never released it). He's also worked with other vendors to help clear up incompatibilites. He's not perfect, but he's my first choice for add-ons for my Amiga.
