I tried that too. With a freshly-bvooted computer, it DOES giv me a guru,
# 00000000003.xxxxxxxxx
After something else has done something to ram: (the device) like list, or
dir or whatever, it behaves properly, except that dir "ram disk:" returns a
message that ram isn't found.
That's interesting, but I would never have known, since I always do things
to RAM:, not "ram disk:" The latter requires more typing, and I'm not a
touch typist.
