The files you are looking for are ARC.EXE in data library 4, for the arc
utility, and ARC.HLP in DL1, for documentation on using it.
If you have any problems/questions about using it, feel free to leave

The people here are almost always more than happy to help.
Note: ARC.HLP is a text file, and online readable. Capture it while
reading for future reference.
