If that is indeed what they are saying, then there is no problem. BUT, as
little as a month or two ago, they (and the sysops here for that matter)
were saying that CIS would frown on a person downloading a single file
(even if it specifically said that it was PD and freely distributable) from
CIS and uploading it/distributing it elsewhere. THAT is what I think
stinks. If they have reversed their opinion of what their rules *really*
mean, then all I can say is GREAT!
