I haven't read the Novermber issue yet, so can't comment on it, but I can
quote from the Compuserver User Agreement posted here on the system (GO
RULES)…
"Each Customer who places data, materials or other information on the
service *RETAINS ANY RIGHTS THE CUSTOMER MAY HAVE* in such data, materials
or information."
"The entire contents of the Service is copyrighted as a *COLLECTIVE* work
under the United States Copyright laws."
