Your efforts are being "rewarded" for obtaining the software that goes into
this forum. This forum has "marketing" staff taking care of customer
complaints, and there are a whole lot of people at CIS making sure that
this forum runs smoothly and efficiently. You are not the only individual
making this forum work!!!! There is money going into this forum, into the
hardware that it runs on, and into the whole CIS system. This represents a
large investment by CompuServe! I understand that there is "public domain"
that is, "non-copyrighted" software here, and "restricted" forms of
software that are uploaded. I am not in any way critical of how CIS has
been handling this…I hear the marketing people trying to explain every
day the options a programmer has with putting his software into a DL! I
applaud your efforts to "stifle" this "ugly" rumor, however, I think maybe
you should notify CIS that a statement in "ONLINE" might help clafify a
bit! Mike
