There are only two IFF to GIF converters in existance, to my knowledge.
The original one is IFF2GIF, and it handles the up to 16 color Hires and up
to 32 color Lowres modes. The other is AMGIF which handles those modes and
also handles HAM modes by reducing to 256 colors, the GIF maximum. I'm
adding Extra Halfbrite support to it now, which ought to be public this
week or next.
