Yes, I read it. I'm sure I don't have to tell you that the policy of a
service cannot break the law. Perhaps that policy is valid when it comes
to some of the other news/business/travel services that CIS provides or
provides a gateway for. But, after all, public domain is public domain.
Yes, I'm aware of changing policy agreements, though the validity of some
of these (CIS not in question) are, at best, zilch.
Helluva thread though, eh?
