Well, unless the material is glossy and wrinkled a little, or is a shiny
three dimensional object. I'd say a good idea is to put a time that you
have to crank up each time on your lights, thereby negating the chance of
leaving them on for a long period of time. Also, previewing the picture
through your monitor's composite input allows you to spot high lites, and
adjust your f-stop or subject accordingly. A b/w camera shouldn't be too
sensitive to burn in….The Panasonic WV-1410 is the recommended model,
cheap , and sturdy. Jeric
