Word Perfect Problems

Thanks. I called your technical service people on Monday and was told
that there was a problem with the Diablo 620 driver when a font change
occurred. Of course your printer test file changes fonts many times. When I
printed a "normal" document there was no problem.
Also I mentioned the problem of Guruing when trying to stop a print job
on one of my other printers and was told that that problem was one of the
first bugs discovered in this latest update. I believe that they said it
might be fixed by early next week but that I was only the second of third
person to discover the Diablo 620 problem so that this next update might not
get fixed until later.
I don't think that I have ever reported problems to a nicer organization
to deal with. You people are always ready to look into any problems and seem
to freely admit to those that you know exist. Its good to see a business run
on "honesty is the best policy".
