Well, like Duff said your list is pretty much future feature wishes, but there are ways to get some of these effects now. 1) You were on the right track with the pen width idea. The trick we have used is to take all the lines you want heavier,and make them a a specific color. Then place the wider pen into that color position in the pen selection menu. I sometimes will "bold" text the way some printers do, copy the text and offset it just a tad. 2) Fill can be done with many side by side lines and/or a wide pen assignment. 3) Vertical text requires one hand on the keyboard and another on the mouse pick button. For each new letter hit the pick button and Sketch will advance down one line. After composing the desired text, group all the letters so you can then move them about as one. 4) Text size change can be done using the SCALE or STRETCH commands depending on how you want to make the change. These are acquired tricks, not in the manual. Jamie
