available 9am-5pm EST Monday thru Friday. Tech Support is available from
8.30am-6pm EST Monday thru Thursday (we are actually here 'till 7pm EST
but, you can dial in ONLY 'till 6pm EST and 9.30am-5pm EST on Friday. The
later start on Friday is because we meet to exchange problems/solutions we
