Rather than getting the "lawyers to talk about this", perhaps we should
*shoot* all the lawyers for creating this artificial situation to begin
with. Then, perhaps, we could more reasonably address the issues of right
and wrong, moral and immoral, ethical and not ethical.
If not–well, hell, let's shoot the lawyers anyway!
