Metamorphosis is a disassembler, not a copying machine. It is a tool, not
the use to which it is put.
How could ITC or URW slap us with an injunction, when Apple allows MacNosy
and other disassemblers which could be used to duplicate the Mac ROMs? If
someone duplicates the Mac ROMs, you slap an injunction on that person, not
the person who created the tool that allowed them to do it.
