Doug, Don't you think that perhaps future potential members would be interested in reading personals and classifieds? Just because they're not the most elegant type of advertising doesn't mean they're not appreciated! I wouldn't postpone running ads until you have new members on the theory that people will be turned off by the ads; on the contrary, you may actually _get_ some new members because of the ads. –Thom
