Library 4, LHARC.EXE is the executable only. If you need the full file,
with docs and all, get LHARC.ZOO, also in Library 4. Or if you want a
tutorial that teaches you how to use all of the archive utilities, get
ARCHLP.EXE, also in Library 4.
