I have the complete packages of both A&L 1.0 and 2.0. The T&T manuals are
somewhat different but largely the same. It is dated 11/89 in version 2.0.
Of 7 lessons, the first 6 have the same titles but lesson 7 in 2.0 is
called "The blend command".
