It sounds like your problems are more with the fonts and Backloader than
Ventura. But to be safe I'd call customer service of all software/hardware
involved. Your problem is definitely a bizarre one. There is a XEROX
forum here on CI$.
Nope I'm not that Valerie Hood you mentioned. Gee, that's the second time
I've heard that name being around. There's another one here in Los Angeles
in the same line of business as myself no less … maybe she's the one you
know 🙂
