ArpAlloc () doesn't have two return values, when it returns, it returns the
actual value of the tracker to you, so you don't need to get it, because
you already have it.
Just use the pointer returned from ArpAlloc (), and you will be fine. This
is a feature that didn't make it into the docs, sorry.
