I use the Paintjet printer with Dprint II and had problems myself. I called the tech support # for EA and they told me to set the width in the print requester to 5.33 inches and use proportional to print and it works! In preferences for graphic 2, choose pixels for limits, use density 1 and 5.33 inches for width and the Paintjet should work. If not call the EA tech support # in your manual.
