I just got my NEC 3D Friday. I just lopped the end off of my old cable for
my Sony, bought $15 of stuff from radio shack ($8 for a pair of crimping
pliers, the rest went for a sub-D miniature 15 pin connector, female, and a
shell for the connector), whipped out my Amiga manual, and made a chart of
the pinouts for the Amiga and the NEC. If you do this , make SURE that you
check the pin-to-pin connections BEFORE plugging it in. 20 extra minutes
of patience is worth the wait. Viola! It worked great! And I saved $39 for
a 'custom' cable.

dail. I really like the NEC….although a FF would be nice too…..
