David: The NEC 3D with the Flicker Fixer is a plug 'n play operation. The 3D comes with a cable adapter which permits it to be hooked to a MAC. This happens to be the exact adapter you need for the Flicker Fixer. One hint: in adjusting the Flicker Fixer (using this strange little tool through a hole in the plate near the outlet for the cable) keep turning until you come to the SECOND area of picture stability. Then, over the next couple days, do some fine adjustments in that area each time you boot up. At first, at least on mine, the cold adjustment would freak out when it warmed up. But, after about three days of _just_ getting it to look good in the first minute, from that point on, it's just fine. Ray Lewis
