Ethan, The last time I called the 800 number they told me they had not connection with tech support since it was in Buffalo and to call the 416 828 5636 number. Thats the one they leave off the hook during normal business hours. I've also written them. Funny thing is, the only correspondance that ever gets through to them is the stuff with checks in it! The bug reports just magically never seem to get there?!? wmc
