FONT dir problem
Help !!
I downloaded a telcom program from DL4. When I tried to install it, the
program started adding some new fonts to my FONTS directory on dh0:, then
froze up. I mean _seriously_ froze up. The whole system…. no guru, just a
brightly shining hard drive indicator. A warm reboot doesn't do anything
worth mentioning, except blank the screen to grey. The system must be
turned off/back on to clear it. Any attempts to read or delete the fonts
directory result in the same thing. I suppose I can reassing FONTS: to
something else, and copy a fresh one (font dir) from a floppy, but that
doesn't really address the problem. The program, by the way, was
Meshugina.ARC… Any suggestions?
