Tom,
I am also running a 2000, 3Meg, 2090A w/ Quantum 40 and had problems with
View crashing the machine every time I ran it. I discovered that View had
been run through PowerPacker and grabbed a copy from the DL and
un-PowerPacked View. Since then I have not had a single problem with View.
I don't have the faintest idea why this should have made a difference, but
it worked.
