Mike, I would vote for the two library version. Trying to develop and maintain source code for two different compiler versions is too dificult and time consuming. Would having an '#ifdef WB1.4' for source code and/or possibly an environment variable for the compiler to check be too difficult? I believe that 1.3 (and 1.2) will be around for quite a while yet, since many people who purchase the games and other bread-and-butter software for developers will not be necessarily be upgrading their machines to 1.4.
