Hmmn, from my personal point of view, since I'll be using 1.4 anyway, it doesn't matter much to me if you require it to run Lattice, or to use the Libraries. However, practically, you should either have two libraries or minimize and document the functions which wouldn't work with 1.3 and earlier… (I could speculate on why a CLI based product with a wholly command line interface could possibly *need* features of 1.4 to run, but I think I'll save that for some other time… 🙂 –>Steve Bennett
