I agree that not much should be said until it is announced. I wasn't around
here when the talk on v1.3 was going on, but I heard about 8 months of it
on USENET. I hope they don't announce it until about 2 weeks before
release. From what I'v heard it is going to be a BIG improvement, and the
only thing I want with it is new RKM's because it sounds like the v1.3's
might be suddenly out of date.
