A much more effective way to lobby the major software houses is to buy software. The major publishers have pretty exact figures available on system sales and on software sold by category for systems. That is the figure they use in deciding what platforms to develop for, along with projections of new products and marketing strategies. Random phone calls from users ( particularly ones who don't actually intend to buy the products ) at this stage in the Amiga's maturity would be more likely to do harm than good.
