Apple isn't taking *nearly* as much pains with 7.0 as Commodore is with
2.0. 2.0 was in the stage in which 7.0 *will* be later this week (second
major beta sites…) about a year ago. Apple, on the other hand, plans to
go from that to release in two months. <grin>
And they will, no doubt! Of course, shortly thereafter, Apple will
release 7.0.1 and 7.0.2 and 7.0.3 and 7.0.4, finally stabilizing at around
7.0.6 about a year from now if all their past major system releases are any
indication… 🙂
