What I would like to do is send you a version of TCWindow that reads time
code, and also send you the schematics. I am trying to develop this into a
profit-making product, so I would like assurances that if you do disasm it,
you won't use or share the information. The reader software is not as
simple as it might sound, especially to read it at variable speed. To my
knowledge only one other company has done it in software (Conprehensive
Video on the Model 100), and they charge $240. It doesn't even read every
frame, as it's not fast enough. I currently charge $190 for the Apple
version, which has been on the market for two years (I wish I started this
on the Amiga earlier). If you like I could send you some brochures I made
up.

software in any commercial product without your prior consent. In addition,
I promise not to create any public domain or "shareware" software using
your code without your prior consent. … (If you need any more legal type
