#Aegis animator

Marlene, <politely> you're nuts. As someone who actually has to produce
animations with this stuff, I MUCH prefer Animator in terms of ease of use,
speed of generation, NO DISK ACCESS, and much better color resolution.
True, you've got razzle dazzle effects on DV, but they don't get used that
much, and you MUST have a paint program to do ANYTHING. It is so
non-interactive it sets my teeth on edge.
If one absolutely must have <not-so-good> audio, OK, use DV. Otherwise, I
heartily <sp?> recommend ANIMATOR & IMAGES. Also Images did some tricks DP
couldn't do, although the user interface on DP was MUCH smoother…..but
after I got used to Images, and switching back and forth between the two, I
loved it. P>S> …got my DP II upgrade today….kinda buggy. Crashed it
five times without even trying. P>P>S>….Defender of the Crown was
animated using ANIMATOR. 'Nuff said. >>>Jeric PPPS The guys at Granite
Software (writers of DV) are the nicest. Sent me source code on
singleframing interface. I wish I did like their product more.
