HEY OUT THERE! I'm new to this forum. Is anybody familar with Video
Toasters? I'm getting ready to buy one along with 2 1084s, Cam Corder, and
extra memory. Latter I will buy a time base corrector. Does anybody out
there have any suggestions on anything that I might need along with these
items. Yes I do have a hard dr. 80meg. Just drop me a line or two.

Hi Paul! Welcome to the forum! You didn't mention what machine you have.
If you have a plain 2000, you might want to add an accelerator board. And
RAM. The more memory, the better. At least, this is what those people I
know who have a toaster have said are important. (I, alas, do not have one
myself. Maybe oneday I'll find some justification for getting one, but
until then, I'll just play with the ones other people have… <grin>)
