Surface Master

Thanks for ordering..I don't think you'll be disappointed. Packages are
going out the day after the mail arrives….so if your letter got
here…Surface Master is on its way to you. Louis
A few of us here read your text file regarding Suface Master with great
interest, and liked the screen shot, but we're still a bit puzzled as to
how the rest of it works. Do you somehow show samples of how a texture will
look as the user makes setting changes? I'll probably order it, regardless,
but some others would like some more details. Thanks,
YEs indeed…The screen shot of ATtributes and Textures are actually
buttons, which when clicked on bring up a new screen devoted to your
choice. These are arrays of objects showing the effect of each parameter.
All the objects are included in the package…as well as preset attributes
for chrome, ivory, brass glass, water and several others. THe reviews of he
package have been outstanding. A thourough manual is also included…with
tips and hints. Louis
dear louis – I too, intend on getting surface master – can't wait to try
some of the attributes out – actually, i'm looking for – stucco, brushed
aluminum, and other "architectural" textures. Have you considered setting
up a bunch of attributes similar to renderman "shaders", i.e. including
texture maps, brush wraps (with brushes) and whatever other settings one
may need to create the ultimate surface ?:-) i have noticed several people
combining altitude maps with color brush wraps, so surely other
combinations are possible ! kevin p.s. i wish the save attribute feature
also saved brush wrapping and texture info !
Surface Master concentrates on IMAGINE Textures and Attributes. The first
reviews are extremely posative. Pewter, Stainless steel, Ivory, emerald,
gold, brass, copper, saphire, plastic, quartz, water, and glass are some of
the preset attributes in the package….further projects will depend on
Surface Master's success Louis
Louis,
Wow. Me with an unaccelerated machine + Surface Master = a huge rise in
productive ray-tracing, methinks. Check goes out this week.

I've had a few people already suggest Surface Master has saved them
YEARS!!! on the learning curve 😉 hope you like it Louis
yup…people on USEnet have been raving about it. Nice job.
Steve
Thanks Steve….so far people have seemed to love it once they have
it….now Louis
I sent in my order a couple of days ago, so I'll see what I've been
missing. 🙂
Steve
Order recieved and processed Friday….get ready to render!! Louis
I've missed something here! I've been reading miscellaneous messages
referring to Surface Master. I've also searched for the text file thatt is
supposed to be in this forum but couldn't find it with the Amiga File
Finder. What LIB did you upload it too. I'm interested in what your package
has to offer for Imagine….
It was uploaded to the new section in the LIBS Louis
I've already tried browsing through there for it, I probably missed it.
Thanks.
