Actually, _ALL_ Amiga models will do video, from the $500 Amiga 500 up.
The basic Amiga design has an interlaced output build in.
However, as always, the more you want to do, the more speed, capacity and
add-ons you need.
Perhaps you could describe in more detail what it is you want to do, and we
can take it from there.
BTW, while I'm not one of them, there are scads of Amiga Forum folks around
who do video work commercially, many of them for cable tv.
I think most of them hang out over in AmigaArts, tho many are here, as
well. From them you can get exact information on what the Amiga can do,
from low-cost systems, to one's which, with gadgets like NewTek's Video
Toaster, can meet or beat at say $10,000 total cost decidated systems which
cost ten to twenty times that.
OTOH, you CAN do credible video work with Amiga platforms for $2,000 –
$3,000. I'd think that is probably the bottom end (including software, the
basic platform itself, and a genlock).
