Set next to person on a Boston to LA flight last week that is involved with
animation for NBC. I sent a 2 minute demo tape to them. I made it all at
320x200x256!(I used a $300 VGA to S-VHS jovian box) They called me the
minute they saw it, all excited. They couldn't get over the"textures and
layering effects". They liked my "use of pixelation"."Had a fresh look,
different than the production houses". They"may try me on some short
assignments"! They pay $1000 to $2000 per second depending on how many
items are in the scenes.
