In the AutoCAD forum (GO ACAD) there are a few utilities for plotting to
PostScript at larger than A-size. One that comes to mind is PSUTIL.ARC in
Lib 10 or Lib 5. AutoCAD Release 11 c2 (latest version) supports extremely
large PostScript output; only one of the many reasons to upgrade.
