c:diff {F}, Output window, WB to front, Run async, works for me using tghe
diff that came with SAS C. You have to have the files in the same dir and
both selected when you 'diff'

Thanks, Wayne; worked fine. I was hung up on the idea that I needed two
argument functions to define the files to be compared. The one {F} works,
although only in the same directory, as you had indicated.

I figured out the one directory as a Q&D… don't need it that often. I
think it would not be that difficult to do up an ARexx script to do a two
directory version, though.
