I have a question about deleting a page. If I write a document that goes over into a second page, and then later revise it so that it is only a one page document, FC still recognoizes it as a 2 page document and unless I manually set the page range in the print requester, it'll print one page and take the time to not print a second page. Like I said, anyway to let FC know that the former 2 pager is now a 1 pager. Dan Cole

Dan, It's automatic. However, I often times forget about having an extra RETURN hanging around at the end of the document forcing Final Copy II to make a second page. Here's what to do. Grab scrollbar on right and pull it all the way down. Move the mouse pointer to somewhere _in_ the document 'paper' (near the bottom is best) and click left mouse button. Tap the BACKSPACE key (the key above the RETURN key with an arrow pointing left) until page 2 disappears. Don't go too fast with the BACKSPACE key, or you'll start to delete the end of your last line of already-typed text. Ric Fischer SoftWood Tech Support Phoenix, Arizona, USA (602) 431-9151
