We have ProAudio Spectrum 16's running in Gateway machines (a 386/33 MHz ISA
and a 486DX2/50 EISA). The 386 has a Chinon CDROM and the 486 a NEC84 CDROM. We
have had no problens with either. At first, when the PAS16 first came out there
were some driver problems with some games but with the latest drivers
everything runs OK.

I currently own a PRO Audiospectrum 8. Any benefit for me to upgrade? What
would be a fair price to ask for my PAS-8? What should I expect to pay for the
PAS-16?
