Listen, I hate to be the bearer of this, but the new hp550c driver doesn't
work right either. It works better than version 2, but not as well as
version 1. The reds are orange and the blues are a sort of striped
lavender. Sorry.

No need to apologize. We don't make that driver. I personally have a
friend that has the 550c and the new SuperDJ2. He has shown me _many_
(aka, I wish he'd stop! 😉 printouts. They are nothing short of
spectacular.
You might want to give Creative Focus a call and let them know your
results and feelings.
Of course, this is assuming that you're even taling about SuperDJ2, you
didn't really tell us which driver you were talking about.
