I've been using a board from Visual Circuits 612.560.6025 with NTSC/PAL/Svhs output, NTSC/PAL digitizing,genlocking/overlay and a suite of utilities to create animations from 24bit TGA files. Other utilities allow FLC file to be joined or overlayed onto TGA's with no palette restrictions. It uses a custom format and special hardware to accomplish this and the results are quite good, IMHO. List price is $1795 and for those who don't need single frame output it could be an affordable option. The board will coexist with your graphics card but it also has 3DS and AAPRO drivers included. Talk to Randy Timo at Visual Circuits for more information. TedB
