I guess you must not have bought a bundle, right? If you had, it would have
come with cables and drivers to connect the sound card and CD rom drive.
If I'm guessing right, then, I believe you'll have to purchase the drivers
separately (but you can check in the MediaVision forum). A package of drivers
called SCSIWorks! is available from Trantor for this sound card for $89 or so.
