I stopped procrastinating, and wrote away to SLAC for the manual. I
received it a couple of days ago. It is a very well written, and shall help me

I'm glad you have the manual. The one I received several years ago was
well-written and beautifully typeset. I'm sure it has been greatly
improved since then.
