I've got a NEC CR 74 hooked up to an adaptec 1542b (with a Maxtor LXT213sy
internal HD on the same controller) I am using ASPI4DOS.sys and CorelSCSI
software as my cd driver. I have tried using the Adaptec CD Drivers as well,
but I am not able to read my battle chess CD in the drive.
I have connected a Toshiba CD Drive (from our suns) as another drive on the
same scsi bus, and was able to play the battle chess game just fine, which
woudl indicate that the disk itself is still in working order.
Any ideas what I may try? I get an error saying the disk is unrecognizable if
I simply do a directory listing in dos.
