ED: I have a prohance mouse and can solve your problem, the mouse is set up so a key combo of alt+lmouse can be programed to do somthing else. You should make a new KDT file for 3ds, under the Lmouse and Rmouse you must tell it that the combo of ALT+the mouse button means just that and no other fucntion. I can e-mail you my KDT if you need it, I have been meaning to do one with Macro for say Modify object move and other stuff it should be very easy, you just assign things to the CTRL F keys in 3ds then program your extra mouse buttons to be CTRL F keys. I have been real busy setting up a new Computer and Network and I was having a problem with my VTR driver, now my prohance is on the wrong machine. I hope this helps out.

Yeah! Would like a copy of your setup! I just discovered that I can make another key be Alt, for example, and can use it while I have the left-mouse button depressed (while adjusting vertices). Two keys at once, weird. I was wondering if anyone else was using that mouse. Which model are you using? I just programmed a key to click on the first command, another for the second, etc. Great time saver! Guess next, I'll see if I can get back to where I came from. That way you could select a new command without losing your place. Ed K
