Hi,
I'm just finding out how using 3DSr3 for all my 3D modeling might be doing
things the hard way for some objects. I've seen AutoCad Lite for Windows in the
store for around Four Hundred $omething, and thought about getting it for those
really tough jobs where I want to use boolean opperations. Since using booleans
in 3DS can greatly increase the number of faces, I believe I read here that
using the modeler in AutoCad does a better job when creating boolean objects.
Can anyone who uses 3DS and AutoCad or AutoCad Lite for Windows give me some
insight into how good the 'Lite' cad program is with 3DS. Does the full blow
version of AutoCad offer something over the 'Lite' version for use with 3DSr3?
Are the booleans equally supported? How about AutoSketch?
