I guess they ought retitle On Dangerous Groud to Dances with Puking Polar Bears, I can't comment on the secret rituals, if I knew about them they wouldn't be a secret, would they? But you're forgetting about the many other fine reality movies: Plan 9 from Outer Space, Attack of the Killer Tomatoes, The Muppet Babies Meet Freddy Kruger. Graham There's no future in Time Travel

Don't forget Sorority Babes in the Slimeball Bowl-A-Rama, Slave Girls From Beyond Infinity, Toxic Avenger, and of course, The Class Of Nuke-Em High… gdr -Sam A Man Barely Alive

And I forgot to add one other thing. Planet of the Apes TV series, and the Planet of the Apes Action Figures(they're not dolls, da**it!) John "Ape has never killed ape, let alone an ape child" "Ape has killed AAAAPE!" (from Battle for the Planet of the Apes) "Human see, Human do" "I never met an ape I didn't like" "Take your stinking paws off me you da** dirty ape!" (from Planet of the Apes) "The apes have taken over Ape Control" (from Birth of the Planet of the Apes

John So sorry, must differ re: POTApes Teevee show. Uhhhhggh!! (This from a man who will watch any tripe so long as it's accompanied by multiple homebrews and too much popcorn well-lubed with Orville Redenbachers butter-flavored grease.) 😉 -Sam A Man Barely Alive

I think the best episode was when the humans show the apes how to make a hang glider using sticks and canvas. John "Beware the beast man, for he alone would kill his brother to have his land."

All of those are great movies, but I don't believe they can be classified as classics until they are featured on Mystery Science Theatre. Graham There's no future in Time Travel

Ahhh But were they reviewed on MST3k they would, of necessity, be shortened to about 30 minutes apiece. Rather, I study the reviews of none other than (drumroll please..) Joe Bob Briggs. Most "B" flicks ("B" as in garBage) are covered in detail. Then I go down to the local video rental and pick up the tape with the most entertaining cover. Most unlikely that the true B-classics would be done on MST3k, I think they primarily take movies that even I find lacking in taste (amazing) and impart some semblance of watchability via their smarta** comments. -Sam A Man Barely Alive

Ah – Joe Bob, a man of infinite taste, I like him well, I like your method of choosing movies it certainly beats relying on Siskel & Ebert. Graham There's no future in Time Travel

Graham Siskel and Ebert, Hah! I laugh! Those two dreary, lifeless clods could have made millions had they only come to fisticuffs on occasion. Yeah, beat the snot out of each other in a WWF-type affair at the end of each program: "Ebert you fat, bloated, wasted mass of quivering jelly *WHAP* 'Jurassic Park' was only a tawdry series of special effects *PILE DRIVER* strung together in what is only vaguely recognizable *KNEE TO THE GROIN* as a plot!" Ebert comes off the turnbuckle, smashing Siskel beneath him. Crowd goes wild as blood rivulets seep from beneath Rogers flab and begin to pool. "Gene, I told you that 'JP' was a comment on the morality of playing God utilizing modern technology!" Siskel is carried away in a garbage baggie… -Sam A Man Barely Alive

Sam, <rofl> That would certainly improve their ratings, and bring the wrath of Congress down on the show <g>. "You do trust me, don't you? Of course you do." — "To Play the King" (BBC)

Brian, > <rofl> That would certainly improve their ratings, and bring the wrath >of Congress down on the show <g>. Don't get me started on that pack of weasels. Mebbe we could have ol' Roger do a swan dive off the capitol building and nail Congress (have to do two or three to get the whole House side). -Sam A Man Barely Alive
