William – in your ACAD\SUPPORT directory there is a file called DXFIX.EXE. It
will allow you to process a Release 12 DXF file into a Release 10-compatible
DXF which your client can DXFIN.
PKZIP is a perfectly fine way of zipping drawings to email them.
