Bought the book last week and ordered the upgrade today. I've been following
this thread for a week or so and was curious as to what offer I'd get. Well,
$4.75 was it and probably had something to do with the flyer in the book.
Didn't say when it would ship, but the lady did at least sound like she knew
what I was talking about.

I got an invoice in the mail from Random House. My update shipped end of Feb by
4th class so it might be here for the Fourth of July. The charge has already
showed up on my credit card statement too. So it must actually be on the way.
